01Made to order
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is printed after you order it, which takes 2–7 business days of production time before it ships.
02Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by you. What you see is what it costs — no surprise fees later.
03Tracking
You'll get tracking by email once your order ships, so you can watch your jokes travel.
04Timing
Total delivery time is production time plus transit time. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees — weather, carriers, and reality occasionally intervene.
05Check your address
Make sure it's right before you pay. Orders shipped to a wrong address because of a typo can't be refunded or reshipped — that's on the address, not us.
06Problems?
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — see the returns section. Lost package: email Factualoffenders@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
